We sell resources in 3 main formats: Print books, print and digital bundles and digital resources. You will be able to see which format your resource is on in the resource page.

You should receive an email with instructions on how to redeem your digital resources. Please check your email and remember to check your spam folder. More information can be found on our digital hub. If you require further assistance, please fill out the form below.

If you have ordered digital resources, you should receive an email with instructions on how to redeem them shortly after the order has been placed. If you have ordered a Print and Digital bundle, then your access codes will be delivered within your printed copy. If you have ordered a print book, please allow up to 3-5 working days for UK addresses, and between 10-14 days for Europe and the Rest of world. If this timeframe has passed, please fill out the form below and our customer support team will get back to you.
