If any of our platforms are not performing as expected please contact our Technical Support team. You can contact the team for any Education platform via this contact us form.
To be able to use your Cambridge resources offline you can use the Cambridge Reader App for Android, IOS and PC. To use any resources offline you must download them in advance while online.Â
Please note that if an ebook contains additional resources within (such as videos, audio or worksheets), they will not be downloaded with the ebook automatically. You will need to open the ebook and download the required resources separately if you want to use them offline. Â
Assessment content is the exception, since it requires an internet connection.Â
Our online platforms are available to access by any internet-enabled device, including Macbooks. To run a CD-ROM, you will need an equivalent CD drive in your PC.

If you are missing content from your resource, please ensure that you have purchased the correct title to begin with.
