Getting the most from every moment of learning
Apple has announced changes to the way some of our teaching applications are run and this is having a direct effect on some of the Cambridge products you may currently be using.Â
Because of this change, some products will need to be modified and some will no longer run.
We are working with Apple to investigate all possible outcomes to ensure this issue is resolved as quickly as possible.
Thank you for your patience while this important work is being undertaken, and apologies for the inconvenience it may cause.

Which products are affected?
- Some CD/DVDs (including those that contain Presentation Plus)
- Some products delivered via the eSource platform
- Some applications available via the app store
Products not affected are those delivered online directly (e.g. via Cambridge One), CD audio and DVD video.Â

- We are continuing to work through our backlist of digital publishing to determine what is affected.
We are consulting developers to understand the options available for each product.

Short Term Solutions
We have identified a potential workaround option for anyone using the list of products below. This involves downloading files then following instructions on your internal systems.

How can I request solution instructions?
To receive these instructions, please contact your local sales rep who will then be in contact to provide you with an eSource access code and the relevant instructions that will then allow you to run the application within your web browser.
